Le Olive apartment owes its name to the olive trees we grow in Montelovesco. The walls of the apartment, some of the furniture and the door and window frames reflect the pale green colour of their foliage. This space was formerly used as stables for animals; the vaulted ceiling in the living area and in 2 of the 4 bedrooms is an architectural trace of its former use that is still visible today. In 2 other bedrooms, it is the ceiling with exposed oak beams that recalls the past and creates an interesting contrast with the porcelain tiles of the floors. Another distinctive element of the interior is the living room wall, made of exposed stone. Its style is modern, simple and linear, but with antique elements.

Le Olive apartment, with its 140 square metres, can accommodate 8 to 11 people, ensuring the right balance between privacy and sharing. The 4 bedrooms each have a private bathroom; they can therefore be occupied by different family units. One of them is equipped to accommodate people with disabilities. The rooms overlook a large dining room with an Edilkamin design wood stove, sofas, and dining table lit by Artemide lamps. The kitchen, an oasis of glossy white with square shapes, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, 90 cm oven and Smeg 6-burner cooker. Our guests appreciate it (and use it) a lot! During the warm season, it is possible to eat outside, using of the outdoor table positioned under a beautiful pergola of yellow roses.
